Preparation of the Dip
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Spinach
In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach. Cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- 3
Chop the Artichokes
If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and rinse them. Chop them into small pieces. If using frozen, thaw and chop.
- 4
Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and shredded Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
- 5
Add Spinach and Artichokes
Chop the cooked spinach and add it to the mixing bowl along with the chopped artichokes, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until everything is well combined.
- 6
Transfer to Baking Dish
Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish and spread it evenly.
- 7
Bake the Dip
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is slightly golden.
