Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus. Peel and cut the carrots into sticks. Slice the red bell pepper into strips.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  2. 4

    Grill the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, toss the asparagus, carrots, and red bell pepper in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill the vegetables for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Make the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 5

    Prepare the Sauce

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley, mixing well.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Serve the grilled salmon fillets with the grilled seasonal vegetables on the side. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the salmon and vegetables before serving.
