Chicken Marinade
Grilling and Seasoning
Method
Marinating the Chicken
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the buttermilk mixture, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Grilling the Chicken
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).
- 4
Prepare the Seasoning
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- 5
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess buttermilk drip off. Brush both sides of the chicken breasts with the olive oil seasoning mixture. Place on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Once grilled, remove the chicken from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
