Cooking the Burger

1. Prepare the Patty

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Shape the Black Angus beef into a patty weighing 1/2 pound.

2. Cook the Patty

Season both sides of the patty with salt and pepper. Cook the patty for 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium doneness.

3. Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place your choice of cheese on top of the patty and cover to melt.

Assembling the Burger

4. Prepare the Bun

Toast the brioche bun lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

5. Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of the brioche bun. Add lettuce, tomato, and Black Sheep® bacon. Spread condiments on the top half of the bun and close the burger.

Serving

6. Serve

Serve immediately with your favorite side, such as fries or a salad.
