Pork Chop

Season the Pork Chop
Season the pork chop with salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme.

Cook through
Transfer the pork chop to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Reduce Sauce
Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens. Stir in butter before serving.
Chunky Apple Sauce

Cook Apples
In a saucepan, combine chopped apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat until apples are soft, about 10 minutes.

Mash and Serve
Mash the apples with a fork for a chunky texture and set aside.
Parmesan Grits

In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt.

Slowly whisk in grits and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a saucepan, combine pork drippings and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and add fresh rosemary and salt. Reduce until slightly thickened.
