    Mixing the Ingredients

    In a mixing glass, combine the Beefeater Gin, Beesou Honey Aperitif, Lustau Rose Vermouth, and apricot bitters.

    Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir gently for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the mixture.

    Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
