Method

Lamb Cutlet Preparation

  1. 1

  2. 2

    Cook the Lamb

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb cutlets for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preference.

T-Bone Preparation

  1. 3

    Season the T-Bone

Rub the T-bone steaks with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  2. 4

    Cook the T-Bone

In a skillet over high heat, melt butter. Sear the T-bone steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Pork Loin Preparation

  1. 5

    Season the Pork Loin

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork loin.

  2. 6

    Roast the Pork Loin

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Roast the pork loin for about 1 hour, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).

Rib Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Season the rib rack with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. 8

    Cook the Ribs

Place the ribs in the oven and cook for 2.5 to 3 hours. Brush with BBQ sauce and honey in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
