Method

Pasta Preparation

1

Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Shrimp Preparation

2

Marinate the Shrimp

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

3

Grill the Shrimp

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the shrimp onto skewers. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through. Remove from heat.

Sauce Preparation

4

Heat the Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the marinara or Alfredo sauce until heated through, about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Combining Ingredients

5

Combine Pasta, Sauce, and Shrimp

In a large bowl, combine the cooked fettuccine pasta with the heated sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly. Add the grilled shrimp on top and mix gently.

Serving

6

Garnish and Serve

Serve the grilled shrimp pasta in plates. Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
