In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh strawberries and mint leaves together until the strawberries are broken down and the mint is fragrant.

Add Liquids

Add the Benchmark Bonded Bourbon, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Shake It Up

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice or serve straight up without ice if preferred. Garnish with a strawberry and a sprig of mint.
