Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

Prepare Cauliflower

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.

3

Make Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in Frank's RedHot sauce until combined.

4

Coat Cauliflower

Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.

5

Season Cauliflower

Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the coated cauliflower and toss to combine.

6

Bake

Spread the cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

7

Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve with bleu cheese dressing on the side.
