Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season the wings with salt and black pepper.

Bake the Wings

Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

Make the Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the Frank's Red Hot Sauce and stir until well combined. Remove from heat.

Coat the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large mixing bowl. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

Serve

Serve the wings hot with bleu cheese dressing on the side and celery sticks for dipping.
