Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Yogurt

In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and honey Greek yogurt. Stir gently until well blended. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fruit

Wash and slice the strawberries, bananas, and kiwi. Rinse the blueberries. Ensure all fruits are cut into bite-sized pieces and placed in separate bowls for easy assembly.

  3. 3

    Measure the Granola

In a separate bowl, measure out 4 cups of honey almond granola and set aside.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

In each of the 16 cups, start with a layer of yogurt (about 1/2 cup), followed by a layer of mixed fruits (about 1/4 cup), and then a sprinkle of honey almond granola (about 2 tablespoons). Repeat this layering process until the cups are filled to the top.

  2. 5

    Serve

Once all cups are assembled, serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy your yogurt cups fresh!
