Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Grapes

Wash the grapes thoroughly under cold running water. Remove any stems and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

  2. 2

    Prepare Pineapple

Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple. Stand it upright and carefully slice off the skin, ensuring to remove the 'eyes'. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.

  3. 3

    Prepare Cantaloupe

Cut the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Using a melon baller or knife, cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces.

  4. 4

    Prepare Strawberries

Rinse the strawberries under cold water. Remove the green tops and cut the strawberries in halves or quarters, depending on their size.

Mixing

  1. 5

    Combine Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared grapes, pineapple chunks, cantaloupe pieces, and strawberries. Gently toss the fruits together to ensure an even mix.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve

Transfer the mixed fruit salad to a serving bowl or individual cups. You may serve it immediately or chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for a refreshing treat.
