Salmon

Lemon Butter Sauce

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 4

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the stick of butter.

  2. 5

    Add Garlic

Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  3. 6

    Add Lemon Juice and Season

Stir in the lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Plate the grilled salmon fillets and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top. Serve warm.
