1. Prepare Ingredients

Slice the bell peppers into strips, chop the onion, and mince the garlic. Clean and slice the oyster mushrooms.

2. Cook Sausages

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.

3. Sauté Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent. Add the bell peppers and oyster mushrooms, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

4. Combine and Season

Return the sausages to the skillet with the vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

5. Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil. Serve hot as a main dish.
