Seafood and Pasta

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Linguine

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add scallops, shrimp, mussels, and clams. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the seafood starts to cook.

  3. 3

    Add Lobster and Tomatoes

Stir in the cooked lobster and halved cherry tomatoes, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Deglaze with Wine

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to cook off and flavors to meld.

  5. 5

    Combine Linguine

Add the drained linguine to the skillet along with reserved pasta water, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
