Cooking Instructions
- 1
Marinate the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings and consomme. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
- 2
Prepare the Dry Rub
In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the Boss dry rub until well combined.
- 3
Fry the Wings
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Remove the wings from the marinade and allow excess liquid to drip off. Fry the wings in batches for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- 4
Dust with Dry Rub
While the wings are still hot, toss them in the Boss dry rub until evenly coated.
- 5
Serve with Toppings
Drizzle teriyaki sauce over the wings and spritz with fresh lime juice. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
