Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spicy Mayo

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder. Mix well until smooth. Adjust spiciness to taste by adding more Sriracha if desired.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Mahi-Mahi

Pat the Mahi-Mahi fillets dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil over both sides of the fillets, then generously coat them with Cajun seasoning.

  3. 3

    Cook the Mahi-Mahi

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned Mahi-Mahi fillets. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has a blackened crust. Remove from the skillet.

  4. 4

    Serve

Plate the blackened Mahi-Mahi and drizzle with spicy mayo. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
