Prepare the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

Form the Patties
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the beef into two equal portions and form into patties, about ½ inch thick.

Cook the Patties
Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until desired doneness is reached.

Add the Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of Swiss cheese and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place the cheesy patty, followed by grilled pineapple, two slices of bacon, and drizzle with Hawaiian BBQ sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
