Make the Tortilla Chips
Cut the corn tortillas into triangles. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the tortilla triangles in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.

Assemble the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, layer the tortilla chips. Drizzle with Low Bridge queso, and then top with pico de gallo, sliced jalapeño, shredded lettuce, and cilantro sour cream.

Serve
Serve the nachos immediately while hot, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
