Prepare the Meat
If using pulled pork, cook it in a slow cooker with some water and BBQ sauce on low for 8 hours. If using brisket, rub it with seasoning and smoke it for about 6 hours at 225°F until tender.

Slice and Assemble
Once the meat is cooked, shred the pulled pork or slice the brisket. Place the meat on a bun or plate, and generously pour BBQ sauce over it.

Add Toppings
Top the meat with sliced pickles, sliced onions, and a generous serving of coleslaw.

Finish with Mustard
Drizzle sweet jalapeno mustard over the top for an extra kick.
