Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop all the vegetables as noted above. Set aside.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add Snow Peas
Add the snow peas to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the Sauce
Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
