Preparing the Burger Patties
1. Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground halal beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Form Patties
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a round patty, about 1 inch thick.
3. Refrigerate
Place the patties on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.
Cooking the Patties
4. Preheat Grill or Pan
Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. You can lightly grease the pan with oil if desired.
5. Cook Patties
