1. Prepare the Rice

In another skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the tilapia fillets with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets before removing from heat.
