1. Prepare the Goat Meat

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.

2. Cook the Goat Meat

Add the goat meat to the pot and brown on all sides. Stir in the tomato paste, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper, coating the meat well.

3. Add Broth and Simmer

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the goat meat is tender.

4. Prepare the Rice
