Lamb Meatballs
Moroccan Tomato Sugo

Preparation
1. Make the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, egg, breadcrumbs, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
2. Form the Meatballs
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
3. Cook the Meatballs
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
4. Prepare the Sugo
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. Stir in crushed tomatoes, cinnamon, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Prepare the Mint Yogurt
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped mint, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
6. Serve
Serve the meatballs topped with the Moroccan tomato sugo and a side of mint yogurt.
