Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tagliolini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Aromatics

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped jalapeño, sautéing until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Add the Jonah crab meat to the skillet, followed by the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently to combine, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Mix with Pasta

Add the drained tagliolini to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta with the crab mixture. If the pasta seems dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency.

  5. 5

    Prepare Breadcrumb Topping

In a separate small pan, toast the breadcrumbs in a bit of olive oil until golden brown. This should take about 3-4 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the pasta, then sprinkle the toasted breadcrumbs and chopped parsley on top. Serve immediately.
