Make the Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Calabrian chili paste, and lemon juice until well combined. Set aside.

Prepare the Sesame Dukkah
In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast sesame seeds and pine nuts until golden brown. Remove from heat and mix with chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Fry the Shishito Peppers
In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the shishito peppers and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until blistered and tender.

Plate the Dish
Transfer the fried shishito peppers to a serving dish. Drizzle with the citrus-Calabrian chili vinaigrette, sprinkle the sesame dukkah on top, and crumble the Midnight Moon goat cheese over the peppers.

Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
