Chicken Skewers Preparation

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.

Marinate the Chicken
In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, coconut milk, and salt. Pour this marinade over the chicken pieces and stir to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Prepare Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning while grilling. If using metal skewers, you can skip this step.

Skewer the Chicken
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, coconut milk, lime juice, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, and water.

Mix Until Smooth
Whisk the ingredients together until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Adjust the thickness by adding more water if necessary.
