Prepare the Salmon

Marinate the Salmon
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Coat the salmon fillets with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat the Grill
While the salmon is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the Vegetables
Slice the zucchini and bell pepper into strips. Trim the asparagus ends.

Season the Vegetables
In a large bowl, toss the chopped zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Grill the Vegetables
Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
Serve

Plate the Dish
On each plate, place a grilled salmon fillet alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the salmon and vegetables.
