Method

Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients needed for the cocktail. Ensure the Amsterdam Club Vodka, Hayman's Old Tom Gin, Cochi Americano, and fresh thyme sprigs are ready.

  2. 2

    Chill the Glass

Place your martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add the Amsterdam Club Vodka, Hayman's Old Tom Gin, Cochi Americano, and ice. Use enough ice to fill the shaker halfway.

  4. 4

    Shake

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

  5. 5

    Strain into Glass

Remove the martini glass from the freezer or discard the ice water. Use a strainer to pour the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

  6. 6

    Garnish

Gently press the fresh thyme sprigs to release their oils and float them on top of the drink. Add a lemon twist to the rim for an aromatic garnish.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your Aster Thyme martini!
