Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook to your desired doneness, either sunny-side up, over-easy, or scrambled.

House-Made Sausage

  1. 2

    Prepare the Sausage

In a bowl, combine ground pork, sage, thyme, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until evenly combined. Form into patties.

  2. 3

    Cook the Sausage

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sausage patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.

Bacon

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until crispy, about 4-6 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Hash Browns

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and grate the potatoes. Rinse them under cold water to remove excess starch, then drain well.

  2. 6

    Cook the Hash Browns

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the grated potatoes, pressing them down to form a crust. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Season with salt and black pepper.

Toast

  1. 7

    Toast the Bread

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. Spread butter on the toast while warm.
