Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

Divide the ground beef into 2 equal portions and gently form them into balls. Do not overwork the meat.

  2. 2

    Season the Patties

Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of each ball.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Cooking Surface

Heat a cast-iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until hot.

  4. 4

    Smash the Patties

Place the beef balls on the hot surface and use a spatula to smash them down into flat patties. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until a crust forms.

  5. 5

    Add Cheese

Flip the patties and immediately place a slice of muenster cheese on each. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  6. 6

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are finishing, toast the brioche buns on a separate pan or in a toaster until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Assemble the Cheeseburger

Spread A-Side house sauce on the bottom bun, add the pickles, then place the double cheese patty on top. Cover with the top bun.

  8. 8

    Serve

Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy your Station 10 Cheeseburger!
