Unravel the mystery of flavor with our Elm Creek Enigma Hazy IPA, featuring a lush blend of tropical fruit notes and a velvety mouthfeel that invites you to sip and savor each enigmatic drop.

In a large brew kettle, heat 5 liters of water to 160°F (71°C). Add the Pale Malt, Flaked Oats, and Caramel Malt. Maintain the temperature for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mashing

After mashing, sparge the grains with hot water to collect the wort in the brew kettle. Collect around 6.5 liters of wort.

Sparging

Bring the wort to a boil. Once boiling, add Citra Hops and Mosaic Hops. Boil for 60 minutes, adding more hops as desired for flavor and aroma.

Boiling

After boiling, cool the wort quickly using a wort chiller or an ice bath until it reaches around 70°F (21°C).

Cooling

Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermentation vessel. Pitch the yeast and seal with an airlock. Let it ferment for 1-2 weeks at 68-72°F (20-22°C).

Fermentation

After fermentation is complete, dissolve the priming sugar in a small amount of water and add it to the beer. Bottle the beer in sanitized bottles and cap them.

Bottling

Let the bottles condition at room temperature for 1-2 weeks before chilling and enjoying your Hazy IPA.
