Boneless Wings
Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Make the Batter
In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Coat the Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- 5
Fry the Wings
Carefully place the battered chicken pieces in the hot oil, frying in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
