Lavender Mint Arnie Palmer Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Infuse the Lavender

In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried lavender buds. Cover and let steep for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Brew the Tea

After the lavender has steeped, strain the lavender water into a pitcher. Add the black tea bags to the lavender-infused water and let them steep for another 5-7 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.

  3. 3

    Add Mint and Sweetener

Remove the tea bags and add the fresh mint leaves to the hot tea. Let it steep for an additional 5 minutes. Sweeten the mixture with honey or sugar to taste.

  4. 4

    Combine with Lemon Juice

Stir in the lemon juice thoroughly. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.

  5. 5

    Serve

To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lavender mint tea over the ice. Garnish with additional mint leaves and a lemon slice if desired.
