Prepare the Hibiscus Tea
In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried hibiscus flowers. Let it steep for about 15-20 minutes.

Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the hibiscus tea into a large pitcher, discarding the flowers. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.

Add Blueberries and Sweetener
Once the tea is cool, add the fresh blueberries, honey or sugar to taste, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to chill. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
