Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Hibiscus Tea

In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried hibiscus flowers. Let it steep for about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Strain the Tea

After steeping, strain the hibiscus tea into a large pitcher, discarding the flowers. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.

  3. 3

    Add Blueberries and Sweetener

Once the tea is cool, add the fresh blueberries, honey or sugar to taste, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

  4. 4

    Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to chill. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
