Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak the Almonds

Place the raw almonds in a bowl and cover them with water. Let them soak for at least 8 hours or overnight.

  2. 2

    Blend the Ingredients

Drain and rinse the soaked almonds. In a blender, combine the soaked almonds, rolled oats, 4 cups of fresh water, vanilla extract, sweetener (if using), and a pinch of salt. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

    Strain the Mixture

Place a nut milk bag or a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl. Pour the blended mixture into the bag or strainer. Squeeze or press to separate the milk from the pulp.

  4. 4

    Store the Milk

Transfer the strained almond/oat milk to a sealed container and refrigerate. Shake well before using, as separation may occur.
