To Prepare the Ravioli

Mix the Filling
In a bowl, combine the canned tuna, sriracha sauce, chopped green onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Ravioli
Place a teaspoon of the tuna mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold over to form a triangle, and press to seal. Make sure there are no air pockets.

Fry the Ravioli
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the ravioli in batches and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
