Filling and Wrappers
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- 2
Fill the Wrappers
Take a potsticker wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half, and pinch to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- 3
Cook the Potstickers
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Place the potstickers in the skillet, flat side down, and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4
Steam the Potstickers
Carefully add 1 cup of water to the skillet, cover immediately, and steam for about 5-7 minutes or until the water has evaporated and the potstickers are cooked through.
- 5
Serve
Remove the potstickers from the skillet and serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
