Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, orange peel, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil. This will be the marinade for the shrimp.
- 2
Marinate the Shrimp
Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade. Toss to coat well and let marinate for at least 15-30 minutes, preferably in the refrigerator.
- 3
Cook the Shrimp
In a large skillet or wok, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- 4
Add Green Onions
Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for an additional minute.
- 5
Season and Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot, garnished with extra orange peel and green onions if desired.
