Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the top shell of the lobster tails, stopping just before the tail end. Gently pull the meat out, keeping it attached at the base.

Season the Lobster
In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat and squeeze half of the lemon juice over it.

Broil the Lobster
Preheat your oven’s broiler. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for about 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and lightly browned. Baste with the remaining butter mixture halfway through.
