Prepare the Sauce
In a bowl, mix together the honey, mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice until well combined. Set aside.

Coat the Shrimp
In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Dip each shrimp in the cornstarch mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the flour.

Fry the Shrimp
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated shrimp in batches and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Walnuts
In the same oil, add walnuts and fry until golden and fragrant. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Combine and Serve
In a large bowl, toss the fried shrimp with the honey sauce until well coated. Add the fried walnuts and gently mix. Serve immediately.
