Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Noodles

Cook the wide rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water, then set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Shrimp

In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.

  3. 3

    Stir-fry the Vegetables

In the same pan, add bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked noodles back to the pan along with the cooked shrimp, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  5. 5

    Finish and Serve

Remove from heat, stir in Thai basil and green onions. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
