Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Ahi Tuna
Cut the ahi tuna into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
- 2
Make the Marinade
In another bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Pour over the ahi tuna and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 3
Prepare the Cucumber
Slice the cucumber thinly and set aside.
- 4
Fry the Wonton Crisps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the wonton wrappers until they are golden and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 5
Assemble the Poke
To serve, place the marinated ahi tuna in a bowl, top with sesame seeds, and arrange the cucumber slices around it. Serve with the crispy wonton wrappers on the side.
