Roast the Garlic
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap it in aluminum foil and roast for about 30-35 minutes until soft. Allow to cool, then squeeze the cloves out of their skins.

Prepare the Pizza Dough
On a floured surface, stretch and roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round shape. Ensure the edges are slightly thicker for the crust. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone dusted with cornmeal.

Spread the Cheeses
Spread the ricotta cheese evenly across the dough. Next, add the mozzarella cheese, crumbled feta, and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Add Roasted Garlic
Distribute the roasted garlic cloves evenly over the cheese mixture.

Season the Pizza
Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the top to taste. If desired, add fresh basil for extra flavor.

Bake the Pizza
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

Remove the pizza from the oven, allow it to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
