Preparation
Prepare the Ahi Tuna
In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the Ahi tuna steaks. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna for 1-2 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.
Prepare the Avocado Creme
In a blender or food processor, blend the avocado with sour cream until smooth. Add salt to taste.
Assemble the Board
Slice the seared Ahi tuna and arrange it on a serving board. Top with mango salsa and drizzle with avocado creme. Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
