Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Salmon
Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. In the same skillet used for the bacon, sear the salmon over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and blackened. Remove from heat and let rest.

Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, and sliced scallions.

Prepare the Eggs
Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs, and add them to the salad mix.

Assemble the Salad
Crumble the cooked bacon over the salad. Top with the blackened salmon fillets. Drizzle with your choice of creamy herb dressing.
