Prepare Meatballs

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.
Cook Meatballs

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the baking sheet with meatballs in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
Prepare Tomato Sauce

Sauté Onion and Garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1 minute.

Add Tomatoes and Spices
Stir in the canned crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Combine and Serve

Combine Meatballs and Sauce
Once the meatballs are baked, add them to the skillet with the tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve the meatballs hot over pasta, rice, or on a sub roll. Enjoy your meal!
