In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Prepare the Marinade

Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours for enhanced flavor.

Marinate the Chicken

Preheat the Oven

Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.

Bake the Chicken

In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Mix until fully combined.

Prepare the Garlic Butter

Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the slices of French bread.

Spread on Bread

Place the slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for the last 10 minutes of the chicken baking time, or until golden brown.

Toast the Garlic Bread

Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven. Serve the baked Sicilian chicken thighs alongside the garlic bread and your choice of side and starter.
